📋 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, your work will directly contribute to transforming rural landscapes through:

Project Evaluation & Appraisal: Identify suitable watershed and springshed project proposals.

Monitoring & Verification: Oversee technical, physical, and financial progress, and validate fund disbursement claims.

Capacity Building: Train and support NGOs, Project Facilitating Agencies (PFAs), and community organizations.

Documentation: Draft, review, and finalize Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and related documents.

Digital Oversight: Manage MIS data on NABARD’s BHUVAN portal and ensure asset geotagging.

Field Engagement: Conduct field visits and liaise with local government departments and stakeholders.

📚 Educational Qualification (Choose One):

1st Class Graduate/Post-Graduate/PhD (min. 55%) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Soil Science, or Water Resource Development

Relevant experience in watershed management

Minimum 5 years of experience in Watershed Project implementation or monitoring

💼 Experience:

Mandatory: 1–2 years in Watershed/Springshed/Climate Adaptation projects

Preferred: Experience in working with government schemes, natural farming, or livelihood development initiatives
💻 Technical & Soft Skills:
